Palatinate festivals for all

In the Palatinate, we love celebrating ‒ most of all in the company of visitors. The accessible wine festivals are a particular highlight. Detailed and verified information on accessibility is available for selected events.

Minimum criteria

The Palatine Festivals for All have been reviewed by our Wine Festival Commission. The following minimum criteria are met by all Palatinate festivals for all:

General

  • At least one disabled parking space available
  • All passages / paths at least 90 cm wide
  • Venue is continuously accessible
  • Essential movement areas at least 120 x 120 cm

Public WC

  • Door opens to the outside
  • Movement area left or right next to the toilet at least 90 cm
  • Handholds are available
  • Washbasin at a height of 67 cm
