The club of "handicapped and friends Southern Palatinate" (cbf Südpfalz) offers a new service for handicapped tourists:

No matter if you need home or medical care, if you look for barrier-free driving service or holiday destination, cbf Südpfalz will help you with its care and support service. The cbf Südpfalz provides assistance with your search for doctors and dialysis service, respiration, special medical or custodial care. For these services, cbf Südpfalz cooperates with other welfare centres of the Southern Palatinate. 
If the family wants to try or make something that is not possible for the handicapped family member, the cbf Südpfalz will offer you another programme with its mobile service. It is clear that attending members will be released.
