Cycle with your family, friends or club on the railway between Bornheim (Palatinate) and Lingenfeld (by Germersheim) through the Palatinate villages, forests and fields. Enjoy nature on the modern handcar; 13 km one-way.
With the club handcar (for 7 persons) 3 persons can cycle in the front and 4 persons can sit in the back at a round table, which makes elder people possible to take part in the tour. There is place for luggage, bottles and picnic basket.
With the family handcar (for 4 persons) 2 persons can cycle at the front and 2 persons can take a seat in the middle. There is place for a picnic basket or two bicycles at the back platform. The handlebars and seats are adjustable, and there are two bottle holders at the front. Even for unpractised cyclist's the handcar is easy to ride.
