Palatinate Rotweinkuchen (red wine cake)
Mix flour, sugar, butter and eggs with red wine (ideal would be Spätburgunder or Portugieser from the Southern Wine Route!). Add cinnamon, cacao, chocolate granules, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Bake in buttered baking pan ca 70 minutes. Tasty, fluffy and original culinary experience is waiting for you. In the Palatinate we always drink some wine with it.

1/8l red wine
1 spoon cinnamon
1Tl cacao
3 EL chocolate granules
1/2 pack baking powder
1 pack vanilla sugar
