Gequellte mit weißem Käs' (Potatoes with white cheese)
Mix 1 kg curds with milk. Add salt, pepper, onion cubes and/or chives. Dip the potatoes into this "Käs" and mash about 6-8 of them. Some families add a piece of butter. However, in each family this light meal is eaten with a half-pint of beer.
