Pork loin with horseradish crust, stewed pepper and nettle noodles

Ingredients:

Noodles:
Cook 300gr. floury potatoes. Peel and mesh them.
Put 40gr. nettle leaves for 1 minute into boiling water, then shock them with cold water. Chop them with one yolk, salt and nutmeg. Make a dry dough out of this mixture and the mashed potatoes. Then form noodles and put them on the baking sheet.

Crust:
60gr. dry buns
60gr. butter
30gr. mild oil
2tsp mashed tarragon and parsley
60gr. grated horseradish
Grind the buns together with the other ingredients and a little bit of salt.

Meat:
Divide the 750gr pork loin into 4 pieces. Roast the steaks for 4 minutes with full heat.
Spread the horseradish mixture on the meat and put it on the grill.

Pepper:
Remove the pepper core of ca. 600gr. pepper (one red, one yellow and one green) and cut them into cubes. Cook them with 30gr onions, 1 garlic clove, salt, pepper and tyhme.

How to serve:
Fry the noodles with a little bit of oil and butter. Put the noodles and steaks on the plate. Add the pepper.
